Our Way Academy provides a supportive and inclusive environment where young people can explore their identity, potential, gain valuable skills and contribute to their family and school community. By living with such values, Our Way Academy, seeks to nurture young people to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others.
We work alongside schools and create environments in which all First Nations kids have a chance to build relationships, connect with culture, and build their toolkit to be more present and engaged at school and in community by prioritising cultural safety and culturally responsive connections to suit the individual needs of First Nations young people.
Our Way Academy is reclaiming the strength and identity of the next generation by building foundations of emotional resilience, through the core values of culture, we work to alleviate and heal the traumatic and mental distress in our communities by building stronger foundations in our young people culturally, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Our Way Academy is healing our young people, who will grow to be stronger leaders as old people; doing it our way.
